K.A.R. 109-2-2. Application for ambulance service permit and ambulance vehicle license; permit renewal and license renewal.
DESCRIPTION
The Kansas Board of Emergency Medical Services has decided to open up Kansas Administrative Regulation 109-2-2 to include language that would allow for services to develop and use a “Long Term Maintenance Provider Program’ as an option, rather than having to submit a Safety and Mechanical Inspection Form at renewal time.
